Diane Vizzo, CPCU
Diane started Hillcrest Agency in 1998 and has been handling Commercial Insurance for over 25 years. Having the good fortune to learn from experienced insurance professionals, she sets high standards for herself and expects the same of her staff. Training and education are important to Diane to make sure we all work hard for the client. She has long time relationships with underwriters and brokers and works well in the alternative marketplace placing difficult risks.
Alyssa has been with Hillcrest Agency for many years. Coming to us from a law office, she easily transitioned into insurance with her understanding of contracts. Our clients rely on Alyssa to manage their renewals and understand their business insurance needs as they grow. Alyssa’s specializes in handling construction and transportation business, and she particularly enjoys working with environmental risks.
Lisa joined Hillcrest in 2013, after working for many years in management and engineering for a national transportation company. As a third generation insurance agent, the transition to insurance was a natural progression. Her past business experience has given her a solid understanding of risk management to analyze the needs of our new clients, and manage their insurance coverage. Lisa also coordinates our agency programs, including Self Storage, Cyber Liability and Technology, and Property Management.
Cara manages our agency operations. Her relentless enthusiasm for life and high energy keeps our staff and partners organized and moving at a fast pace. With her years of experience in sales and finance, Cara understands the importance of superior client service. She is a creative marketer and works well with us on special projects.
Jane Stevens joined Hillcrest Agency in 2015 and learned quickly about commercial insurance. Her former sales experience at an aerospace company gave her the ability to easily move to insurance sales and service. Jane handles client requests, renewals and premium payments. Jane’s interests are refurbishing furniture, going to the beach, and interior design.
